Every Customer and Their October Orders

List every customer with the orders they placed in October 2025: customer_id,
full_name, order_id and total_amount. A customer with several October orders gets one row per
order; a customer with none still gets one row, with NULL order_id and total_amount.
End your query with ORDER BY customer_id, order_id.
