Third-Highest Order in Each City
HardDescription
For each shipping_city, find its third-highest total_amount. Equal amounts count as
one value: if a city's amounts are 900, 800, 800 and 700, its third-highest is 700.
Show shipping_city, order_id and total_amount of every order with that amount. Cities
with fewer than three different amounts don't appear.
End your query with ORDER BY shipping_city, order_id.
