Only the 2025 sales targets are still needed. Replace monthly_targets with a table that holds just the 2025 rows, in this order:

1. rename monthly_targets to old_targets
2. create a new monthly_targets from the 2025 rows of old_targets
3. drop old_targets

Each month is the first day of its month.
