Refresh the Category List

The catalog team sends two categories with their descriptions:

| Books | Novels, guides and textbooks |
| Stationery | Pens, notebooks and office supplies |
Add both in one INSERT. A category that already exists must not be added again; it gets
the new description instead.
Then show category_name and description of every category.
End your query with ORDER BY category_name.
